Approach

• Design the awards process to identify and ensure mitigation of risks (via gap analysis)

• Identify key processes, and create audit trail for adherence to process and independent validation

• Co-define and review the guidelines, eligibility criteria and evaluation parameters

• Identify the target audience, connecting with key stakeholders, and encourage participation (call for entries)

• Cyber security review and input/ output (functionality) testing of application site (as applicable), voting systems, links, and microsites

• Perform due diligence on the shortlisted participants based on the agreed upon terms for participation

• Initial screening of entries to ensure completeness, timeliness, and adequate submission of certified data (as applicable)

• Suggestions on jury composition from diverse backgrounds and ensuring no conflict-of-interest exist within participants

• Independent maker-checker control to ensure valid tabulation of the entries  

• Perform Live analysis of control gaps in the existing processes

• Virtual presence to ensure independence

• Review the compliance with the defined processes during the awards ceremony
